Hi!
My name is Matisse Verheyden
Creativity and storytelling have always been my fuel and motivation.
Visual art has been my passion since childhood. I have pursued an amazing, successful and rewarding 13+ year career in the 2D animation field during which I specialized in rigging and technical direction. I also taught the technical aspects of animation to professionals and students around the world.
In recent years, I discovered a new passion for linear and interactive audio and decided to dedicate myself to this field.
Graduating from a Game Audio Creation and Implementation program in July 2025, I am eager to learn from the best by joining a team, working on inspiring titles and facing all the challenges audio has in store for me.
I aim to be a T-shaped audio specialist, keeping a strong focus on sound design whilst also being able to integrate, build, script, test and debug systems in middleware and game engines.
